- A good quality permanent internet connection at your office
- A (VOIP) Voice Over Internet Protocol enabled phone system

- The monthly fixed cost of the home broadband connection is the only ongoing cost.
- All calls made will be billed to the telephone lines at your office
What will the voice quality be like?
- The voice quality can vary depending on the bandwidth of the broadband connection and if other internet applications are used such as downloading large files from a remote server or web site.

Is it possible to keep a record of calls made by the Home Worker?
- Yes software can be purchased from Ziptech to report information such as;
- The number of calls made and received for any designated period
- The telephone number/s of which phone system users are calling
- The telephone number of calls received
- The call cost for individual users
