MAKE THE RIGHT TECHNOLOGY DECISIONS
FOR YOUR BUSINESS
As a Company Director, you will often need to make strategic decisions in areas where you have little or no expertise.
This makes it difficult to reach informed decisions.
The Ziptech Directors Briefing was created four years ago to deliver this missing information on the fast-paced subject of technology.
Established in 2013 as a learning programme, it has helped over 400 Senior Directors and Partners. Each session consists of a small invited group of around six senior business people.
Please take a look at our current topics and let me know if I may be of any help.
Jim Simpson is the CEO of Ziptech Services and leads the briefings aimed at senior directors. He has 25 years of commercial and business experience in the IT industry gained both in the UK and overseas. During this time, he has primarily managed companies focusing on delivering business computing products and services to mid-market companies.
Ten years ago he started Ziptech Services to deliver business computing advice and IT outsourcing to independent UK businesses.
ZIPTECH TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Perry is the Technical Director at Ziptech Services and hosts the technical Briefing events. He started in the IT industry in the early days of the personal computer as a partner in a computer retail business back in 1988.
Perry combines technical and commercial experience to give him a 360° understanding of business needs from support to brand new business systems.
WHAT OUR ATTENDEES SAY
The Briefing was really balanced and gave an honest and independent overview of the benefits and risks of installing a business Cloud solution. I found the event very useful as it gave ideas on how to improve the way our IT systems are configured, and how to move our company forward whilst keeping our business systems secure.
I enjoyed it so thanks for providing a thought provoking afternoon
I found the briefing on cloud computing very useful as it opened my eyes to the technologies available to me as a business owner. Jim has an easy manor about him and presents the infomation clearly. I'd be interested in attending more briefings in the future.
