Services Manager Amit Parbat keeps important news on the radar from the front line of the service desk based at Ziptech’s smart new offices in Staines.
The big news is still around the withdrawal of Windows 7 which Microsoft will cease to support from January 14th, 2020. This means that users of the old operating system will no longer be supported or receive crucial security patches, cutting off protection against new vulnerabilities.

Have you got your systems in place? We have had a flurry of calls from clients who are replacing or upgrading their accounting software and need help ensuring devices and infrastructure can support the new Cloud-based process. If you need support on this front, please contact us to schedule some time to help you through this change.
Lastly, a reminder that Microsoft is moving from Skype to Teams which comes as part of the Office 365 suite. As always, our support team is at hand to help, just call us on our new number which is
