Before we begin, our Discovery Session allows our engineer to scope the requirement, carry out a feasibility assessment, and agree a timeframe and budget.
Planning
Using a simple spreadsheet, our project managers use a traffic light system to highlight project tasks to be started in Red, actions in progress in Amber, and Completed tasks in Green. This traffic light system gives business leaders instant visibility on the project status without needing to access and navigate complicated project management software.
Before the projects begin, our interactive workshops help key stakeholders understand What will happen, When it will take place, Why it is happening, and Who is involved, ensuring everyone is properly informed about the business outcome, fully on-board, and has the opportunity to challenge the process or ask questions.
To ensure all staff are fully-engaged and on-board, our engineers run small group sessions in which we ensure everyone is familiar with and adapting to the new processes and new technology. Working in small groups, our engineers can concentrate on addressing the specific needs of each team. This learning model has proven to increase user adoption and project success.
When the project is completed, the key stakeholder signs off and we introduce a survey to the teams involved. This process helps us evaluate our performance as well as the overall effectiveness of the project. It also helps us continually fine-tune our performance
