Right now, we’re on the edge of something big. The accessibility of AI and the rate at which it’s evolving leave us no choice but to understand it and utilise it to drive positive business change. As company directors, we need to be able to lead change but it gets tricky when these initiatives are outside our skillset and comfort zone. Technology projects are often the case in point.

The Ziptech Directors Briefing at the London School of Economics is a half-day technology bootcamp for senior leaders of SMEs. We started out in 2013 to help company directors feel more confident about developing good technology strategies and leading IT teams. A decade later, we’ve helped over 500 business leaders transform the way they operate, cut costs and increase productivity.
